Three’s company at Dennis Family Homes

Dennis Family Homes recently added a trio of new three bedroom products to its Aspirations Series, with the introduction of the Alberta 192 and Birmingham 202 designs, along with a smaller 19 squares version of the existing Oxford design.

“All three of the new additions are compact three bedroom designs that have been created to increase our available options in that size range and have floorplans to suit contemporary block sizes,” explains Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Darren Mehl.

Both the Alberta and Oxford design can be accommodated on blocks from 12.5 metres wide, whilst the Birmingham requires a minimum width of 14 metres.

In addition to three bedrooms, each of the homes has two bathrooms (main bathroom and ensuite to master bedroom) and a double garage.

The Alberta design features a long entrance hallway that provides a warm welcome home. With the living areas spread across the rear of the home, the space-saving floorplan opens up limitless entertainment possibilities all year round.

Whether moving up or stepping down in size, the Birmingham fits the bill with a design that’s classically compact yet still evokes a feeling of spaciousness. Every room offers ample proportions for today’s living, with the master suite at the front of the home boasting a generously sized ensuite and walk-in-robe.

The Oxford has been the number one selling home at Dennis Family Homes over the past 12 months, but has previously only been available in a larger four bedroom version of 23 squares.

“We have high hopes that the additional option of the new smaller, three bedroom version of 19 squares will maintain the huge popularity of the Oxford design,” Mr Mehl said.
