Prize Draw Winners Building New Home in Ballarat

Congratulations to Adam and Bianca on winning the Dennis Family Homes Ballarat SMEG appliances prize draw.

They chose to build with Dennis Family Homes after finding a suitable block in Delacombe.

“We loved the Mortlake 294 optioned with the retreat, which has space for us to grow with two children and their toys, along with Dad’s LEGO and diecast model car collection,” Bianca said.

Bianca is a lifelong resident of the region, working in administration and accounting, while Adam moved to Ballarat in 2002 and is in the emergency services sector.

The couple first met in 2016 after being introduced by mutual friends.

The following year, they took a trip to Tasmania and came home engaged, then married in 2018.

They now have two children – Olivia, nearly 4, and Harrison, nearly 1.

“We’ve really enjoyed working with Tim Britt at the Lucas display to design our ultimate home, ensuring that it’s prepared for the future by going fully electric and upgrading other aspects for that more premium feel,” Adam said.

“With Tim’s extensive knowledge, he has been great to work with, have a laugh with, and we appreciate his patience with Bianca’s ‘list of things’ to ask of Tim, which we continue to joke about.”

Both are excited to get the build underway, and Bianca already has plans for their prizes once their family is settled into the new home.

“We’ll enjoy a cuppa and toast with our new SMEG appliances thanks to Tim and Dennis Family Homes.”
