Kingswim Making a Splash at Manor Lakes

Kingswim opened its doors at Manor Lakes Central on Monday, 4th September.
The 900m2, $5 million project took 11 months to build and is located adjacent to the existing childcare centre in the car park off Manor Lakes Boulevard at Manor Lakes Central.
The swim school features the latest facilities with family change rooms and separate change areas plus a building design that maximises natural daylight and includes three rainwater tanks and drought tolerant landscaping.
Local families and the community have embraced the new swim school with larger than normal pre-opening enrolment sign ups.

Ranfurlie Asset Management will soon welcome a wide range of well-known national retailers in its latest development stage at Tarneit Park Hub. Ten retailers will join the existing Bunnings Warehouse, which sits adjacent to Tarneit Station. The new additions mark an important stage for the development of Tarneit Park Hub in response to the growth of Melbourne’s western corridor.
