First look at new Shepparton displays
25 September 2014
Home buyers in Shepparton are spoilt for choice at the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at The Boulevard Estate.
Open for inspection daily are three outstanding designs from the award-winning builder’s Inspirations Series – the Mortlake 292, Cosgrove 292 and Charlton 352.
“We’ve undoubtedly raised the bar in terms of the quality and presentation of our new displays,” says Dennis Family Homes Shepparton Area Manager, Jason Watts.
“Family living and entertainment go hand in hand in these outstanding homes. Each of the displays also highlight a range of imaginative features and options which demonstrate the flexibility of these designs and some of the possibilities available to buyers,” he adds.
All three homes have four bedrooms with walk-in robes, great living spaces and outdoor areas.
Adding to the significance of the new Shepparton display centre, this is the first time that Dennis Family Homes has showcased the Mortlake design. Side living areas are a prominent feature of the Mortlake floorplan and visitors will also admire the great use of space which is aided by a large walk-in pantry and also walk-in linen storage.
Optional extras shown in the Mortlake display include timber-look flooring to much of the home and a special fit-out to the spacious kitchen. The new Mortlake design can be accommodated on blocks from 14 metres in width and has been displayed in Shepparton with the Tempo facade.
An established favourite with Dennis Family Homes customers, the Cosgrove design has received some special treatment for the new display at The Boulevard Estate.
“We’ve reversed the positioning of the games room and master bedroom for this display, creating a luxurious master suite with landscaped outlook and access,” Mr Watts explains.
“We have also chosen the Cosgrove display to be the first to highlight our striking new Boardwalk facade which we expect to be instantly popular.”
Amongst an array of optional luxury upgrades highlighted in the Cosgrove display are unique fit-outs to the master bedroom, ensuite, bathroom and kitchen. Other additions include a feature fireplace, two remote-controlled kitchen skylights and an expanded family area with adjoining vergola.
Renowned for its superb entertainment capabilities, the Cosgrove design is suitable for blocks from 16 metres in width.
The largest of the three displays is the Charlton, shown in Shepparton with the Savannah facade.
“We have not previously had the opportunity to display the contemporary Charlton design since its floorplan was recently updated, so this is yet another exclusive advantage for visitors to our new centre,” Mr Watts noted.
The Charlton design now includes many desired features as standard, including walk-in robes in all four bedrooms and a huge walk-in pantry in the kitchen.
Standout optional extras in the Charlton display at Shepparton are headed by the use of black sinks and vanities in the home, along with eye-catching timber bulkheads in the bedrooms and kitchen. Other notable additions include 9 foot high ceilings, a butler’s fit-out to the kitchen pantry and corner stacking doors opening out to the alfresco area.
The minimum block width required for the Charlton design is 17 metres.
Visitors can easily locate the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at The Boulevard Estate just minutes north of the town centre at Lot 323-325 Canterbury Avenue, Shepparton.
Open every day from 1-5pm, the displays can be contacted by phone on 5823 7180. At other times, further information is available online at www.dennisfamily.com.au or alternatively from the Dennis Family Homes Shepparton office at 374 Wyndham Street during office hours.
“For anyone thinking about building a home, a visit to our new display centre is a must,” Mr Watts says.
“Nothing beats being able to see these fantastic new homes in person.”
