Dennis Family Homes’ Last Chance Design Runout

Dennis Family Homes has launched a 2023 Design Runout Sale ahead of the introduction of the new National Construction Code (NCC), which comes into effect from 1st May this year.

“The changes accompanying the NCC will ensure that every new home meets updated economic, environmental and liveability standards. As a result, some of our existing designs will no longer be available to customers beyond 1st May or will be going up in price soon,” Dennis Family Homes Marketing Manager, Michael Fisher explains.

“We’ve therefore created our Design Runout Sale, which enables customers a final chance to build any of our Aspirations Series I and Inspirations Series 3 homes and still pay the current prices. In order to be eligible to secure the particular design they love within the sale, customers must have their finance ready and land registered, then deposit by 30th April.”

Promotional Boosts

Both the current Aspirations and Inspirations promotions, which Dennis Family Homes unveiled in January, have recently been boosted by additional incentives.

Eligible customers for the existing Aspirations “Move In Ready” promotional offer now receive an additional luxury upgrade pack comprising 900mm appliances, upgraded benchtops, LED lights and laundry cabinetry.

This promotion is only available to the first 50 customers per calendar month during the promotional period with registered and titled land who deposit on Aspirations Series 1 and Aspirations Series 2 homes from 12th February 2024 to 30th March 2024 (unless extended) and is subject to stock availability.

The boost to the current Inspirations “$40k Your Way” promotion provides eligible customers with a $10,000 Harvey Norman voucher to spend.

Similarly, this promotion is only available to the first 50 customers per calendar month during the promotional period with registered and titled land who deposit on Inspirations Series homes (Premium and Essence ranges only) from 12th February 2024 to 30th March 2024 (unless extended) and is subject to stock availability.
