Community Fund Keeps Giving

10 November 2023

It was another successful year for Dennis Family Corporation’s (DFC) Community Fund initiative with a total of $169,500 distributed to 115 not-for-profit groups across our six Victorian estates – Manor Lakes, Westbrook, Modeina, Ashbury, Donnybrae and Peppercorn Hill.

DFC has now awarded an aggregate total of approximately $1.2 million in grants since the Community Fund concept was established 21 years ago.

“The Dennis Family Corporation has a long history of seeking to help others in less fortunate circumstances,” commented Dennis Family Group Chief Executive Officer, Peter Levinge.

“In keeping with this philosophy of giving, Dennis Family Corporation founder, Bert Dennis, established the first of our residential estate Community Funds.”

“Our Community Fund is an important way of supporting and giving back to the neighbourhoods we create – and to have provided more than $1 million in grants across our history is something we are very proud of,” Mr Levinge added.

Congratulations to each of the successful groups, who will be using their grants to find a wide variety of projects and special uses.

All eligible local, not-for-profit organisations within the catchment areas are encouraged to apply again for 2024.
