Best selling designs on display at Aspire

Dennis Family Homes has chosen to showcase two of its best selling designs at the Aspire estate in Plumpton.

On display are the 32 square version of the striking Hartley design and the 22 square version of the popular Brookdale, both of which are favourites of families of all sizes.

The four bedroom Hartley suits blocks from 16 metres in width, whereas the three bedroom Brookdale is able to be constructed on blocks from 14 metres wide.

Ms Adams describes the Brookdale as an ideal first home or for people downsizing.

“At 22 squares in size, the floorplan still manages to incorporate large living and entertainment areas.

“The Brookdale is also a highly suitable design for corner blocks,” she adds.

Amongst an array of optional extra features included within the Hartley display are a Jetmaster fireplace, spa bath and special fit-outs to the kitchen pantry and both walk-n-robes in the master bedroom. The home has also been constructed with a Colorbond roof and features the Tempo facade.

The Brookdale display showcases the new-look Boulevard facade and the front living area has been sealed off to create a dedicated games room or home theatre which is instead accessed by double doors from a relocated entry point. This is a new option now available with the Brookdale design.

Other alterations to the standard Brookdale floorplan for the display version include the addition of an alfresco which features the inclusion of a skylight. Further natural light has been provided within the display home by the inclusion of dual skylights in the kitchen.
