2021 Community Funds now open

22 October 2021

Dennis Family Corporation’s 2021 Community Funds are now open, inviting eligible local not-for-profit groups to apply for a financial grant to support their local community project.

The annual initiative is available across Manor Lakes, Ashbury, Modeina and Westbrook estates and, for the first time in 2021, Donnybrae estate.

Dennis Family Corporation has successfully operated Community Funds across its residential developments both in Victoria and Queensland since 2002, distributing more than $850,000 in grants to eligible community, sporting, support and environmental groups, schools and emergency services over that time.

“The Community Fund has assisted a broad cross section of our communities to help make many programs and projects possible. We’re proud to continue to support local communities by providing financial assistance in areas where we operate our business,” said Dennis Family Group Director, Grant Dennis.

The impact of COVID-19 makes these funds even more important for local community groups.

“Our Community Fund presentation nights have become an annual highlight for us and the many not-for-profit groups that we assist. While we may not be able to meet face to face to celebrate with our communities this year, we look forward to celebrating and supporting those not-for-profit organisations who, more than ever, provide such vital community connection and engagement.”

To be considered for a grant, groups must meet the eligibility criteria and complete an application form available on the individual estate website page.
