2013 Christmas Lights competition winners

The annual Christmas Lights competitions at The Hunt Club and Manor Lakes were judged in December. Congratulations to the following winners for 2013:
The Hunt Club
1st prize ($750) – Joanne Spencer of Waterside Drive
2nd prize ($500) – Andrew and Zoe Willis of Scotsdale Drive
3rd prize ($250) – Darren Shiel of Weathertop Way
The judging panel also awarded a prize for the Best Group Display at The Hunt Club, with the Dennis Family Corporation providing a cash donation of $1,000 to a charity nominated by the recipients. The winning group of residents of Bradford Drive subsequently selected the Royal Children’s Hospital as their chosen beneficiary to receive the donation.
Manor Lakes
1st prize ($750) – Michelle and Jason Penpraze of Eureka Drive
2nd prize ($500) – Karen Robertson of Weavers Street
Equal 3rd prize ($250) – Paul and Jill Marshall of Hindmarsh Drive and Belinda and Steve Coleman of Jardin Street
In praising the winners, we also convey a special thank you to the many families who helped make both The Hunt Club and Manor Lakes look so fabulous throughout the festive season by adorning their homes with lights and themed decorations. The level of effort shown by everyone was again greatly appreciated.
Gold in the Australian Design Awards 2025
The Peppercorn Hill Land Sales Office has won the BETTER FUTURE Australian Design Award category for "Interior Design - Sales Center."
