Construction of DFC’s first ever apartment building – Magnolia at the Summerlin complex at Banyo in Brisbane – is well under way, with the basement, ground floor and first floor slabs completed.

The Magnolia building is the first of seven apartment buildings to be constructed at Summerlin through the duration of the project.
