Senior Production Estimator

The opportunity

Dennis Family Homes are offering an attractive role for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team in a Senior Production Estimator role. Bring your residential volume building knowledge to join our production estimating team.

Reporting to the Victorian Building Estimating Manager this position is responsible for ensuring that all bills of quantities and purchase orders are efficiently and accurately produced. As a senior member of the team you will be challenged with complex jobs, and communicate and report on them accordingly.

This is a key role within our organization, providing an excellent career opportunity with attractive remuneration. Training will be arranged and conducted in Dennis Family processes.

About you

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience in residential or volume building.
• Knowledge of building bylaws and statutory requirements.
• Computer literacy, Databuild experience would be highly regarded.
• Evidence of strong numerical skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels in a manner that represents excellent customer service and demonstrates the values of Dennis Family Homes.
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

This position is based in Notting Hill at the Dennis Family Homes Head Office. Remote work arrangements may also be available.
