The Chairman of the Dennis Family Corporation, William Stevens, today announced that Brendan Crotty will retire from the Board of the Dennis Family Corporation, effective 30 June 2026, at the conclusion of almost 20 years of service to the Company, and the family shareholders.

Mr Crotty joined as an advisor to the Dennis family, and then the DFC board in 2008, bringing extensive experience and expertise in the property industry.

Grant Dennis, director of the Dennis Family Group and colleague for this period, reflected on Mr Crotty’s contribution.

“Brendan has made a wonderful and sustained contribution throughout his influential career in the property and construction industry.

“We are grateful for service on the Dennis Family Corporation Board, his significant industry experience and deep knowledge of property in Australia,” Mr Dennis said.

“Having worked alongside Brendan for many years, I have greatly valued his insight, integrity and contribution to both the business and the industry more broadly.”

Brendan’s retirement marks the conclusion of a highly valued chapter for the organisation. His contribution has helped reinforce DFC’s commitment to strong governance and long-term, sustainable growth.

The Board, the Dennis family and the broader DFC organisation extend their sincere thanks to Brendan for his lasting contribution and wish him all the very best for the future.
