What a clever Cobden
20 May 2021
Trying to find that elusive happy balance between a limited budget, narrow block size and a desire for the finer things in life?
We hear you!
Introducing Dennis Family Homes’ newest design, the Cobden.
Designed to fit comfortably on a compact 12.5m wide block, the Cobden delivers big time when it comes to features that usually come with a luxury price tag.
Designed with family living at the forefront, an impressive open plan living area lies at the heart of this home, with the kitchen, meals and family living areas combined into one big communal hub. Direct access to the alfresco and outdoor space extends this zone, making it a dream for entertaining. The option to upgrade to a full butler’s pantry completes the picture.
When it’s time to retreat, the master suite provides an oasis at the front of the home, complete with a generous walk in robe and ensuite with double vanity.
The remaining two or three bedrooms are closely positioned at the rear of the home, allowing everyone their own space to unwind.
“This home is really about maximising communal spaces while also offering private sanctuaries to relax and unwind,” said Dennis Family Homes National Design Manager, Kelvyn Rowley.
“Although it has been conceived with families in mind, the separation between the master suite and additional bedrooms makes it equally well-suited to downsizers looking for fuss-free living.”
The Cobden’s single storey design is available in two size variations – the three-bedroom 223 and four-bedroom 263.
And when you think you have discovered all that the Cobden has to offer it still has one more trick up its sleeve… an option to flip the rear of the home to suit a corner lot or orientation.
View the four-bedroom Cobden 263 at the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at Cobblebank’s Atherstone estate. Another Cobden display is opening soon in Armstrong Creek.
