The Charlton display collects more awards
26 October 2015
The Dennis Family Homes Charlton design has received multiple industry awards this year.
Most recently, the Charlton 332 display in Wagga was selected as the winner of the 2015 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Riverina Display Home category, as well as being a runner up in the overall Home of the Year category.
The home also progressed as a finalist in the Display Home category at the Housing Industry Association (HIA) ACT & Southern NSW awards held on 24th October.
Earlier in the year the Charlton 332 was also judged the Best Exhibition/Project Home in the $350,001 – $450,000 price category at the Master Builders Association (MBA) Southern Central Region Building Awards. In addition, the same design displayed in Alfredton (Ballarat) was a runner up at the HIA Western Region Housing Awards in the $400,001 to $450,000 range.
“We feel greatly honoured that the Charlton 332 display in Wagga has won awards from both the HIA and MBA this year. Congratulations to everyone involved from our local team in Wagga to the head office team in Melbourne,” said Dennis Family Homes Wagga Area Manager, Catherine McCormack.
“Families of all sizes are attracted to the Charlton design due to its wide and spacious layout. There is an open plan central zone where the family can get together and two other living areas for those who want to enjoy quiet moments,” Ms McCormack said.
“It is easy to see why the design has won so many accolades. Externally, the display’s contemporary Boardwalk façade is striking. Internally, the fit out is fresh and modern and the layout offers sought after features such as home theatre complete with raised viewing platform, clever zoning, large pantry, well positioned study and walk-in-robes in all bedrooms,” Ms McCormack added.
You can visit the award winning display at 4 Cootamundra Boulevard, Gobbagombalin, open from Thursday to Sunday, 1 to 5 pm.
