Popular designs on display at Westbrook estate in Truganina

12 February 2018

Two of Dennis Family Homes’ most popular designs have gone on display at Westbrook estate at Truganina.

The Marsden 363 Verve and the Mortlake 293 Vogue are large four-bedroom homes that comfortably meet the needs of growing families.

Marsden 363 Verve

Designed to sit comfortably on blocks from 12.5 metres wide, the two-storey Marsden 363 is remarkably spacious and features an expansive 343 square metre floorplan that includes four spacious bedrooms with walk-in robes, four living areas and a roomy study.

The Marsden 363 on display at Westbrook is the largest of the three floorplans available in the design.  The smaller Marsden 323 offers another two floorplans variations, one with a study and butler’s pantry to the rear and the other with the pantry at the side of the home.

According the Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Mike Butler, the feedback from visitors to the display has been overwhelmingly positive.

“The Marsden 363 is one of our top-selling two-storey homes as it suits a 12.5 metre wide block,” he explains.

“Visitors to the display are thrilled to find a spacious design like the Marsden that is extremely affordable and is perfectly suited to more narrow lots.”

Mortlake 293 Vogue

The neighbouring single-storey Mortlake 293 is suitable for construction on blocks from 16 metres wide and has proven particularly popular with families who have older children.

A spacious parent’s retreat at the front of the house features two walk-in robes and a luxury ensuite with separate WC, and the three secondary bedrooms at the rear of the home open onto a conveniently situated teenager’s retreat or study area.

A clever feature of the Mortlake 293 is the capacity to ‘flip’ the design from behind the garage and master bedroom suite, to suit a corner block or take advantage of solar orientation.

The ever-popular Mortlake is available in five floorplan options ranging from two different three-bedroom versions and two other four-bedroom versions with a choice of eight facades.

Both displays at Westbrook are from the Inspirations Series and showcase Dennis Family Homes’ Premium range of inclusions.  Premium customers are offered a wide variety of high-end inclusions that will give their new home an individual feel that reflects their own style.

For instance, customers can select from eight different design choices for their island bench, overhead kitchen cabinet configuration and ensuite vanities.  Caesarstone benchtops are standard for the kitchen, butler’s pantry, bathroom and ensuite.

On display at Latitude Promenade, Westbrook estate in Truganina, the Marsden 363 and the Mortlake 293 are open for inspection every day from 11am – 5pm.
