New displays and Area Manager in Bendigo

Dennis Family Homes has rolled out the welcome mat at two new high quality display homes at the Imagine estate in Strathfieldsaye.

In another notable development, the company has also appointed long-time employee Kym Erbacher to the position of Bendigo Area Manager. Kym has relocated from Ballarat, where she had been based for nearly 15 years as a new home Sales Consultant.

Dennis Family Homes has chosen to showcase two designs from its Inspirations Series – the Macedon 322 and Cosgrove 312 – at its new display centre at the Imagine estate. Both are spacious four bedroom homes with multiple living areas, making them ideal for today’s busy families.

The Macedon display features the newly released Boardwalk facade, whilst the Cosgrove has been constructed with the Savannah facade.

A number of the many luxury upgrade items available to Dennis Family Homes customers are being admired by visitors in both display homes.

Optional extras featured in the Macedon display include an upgraded kitchen with Butler’s pantry, a Jetmaster fireplace in the front living room and an extended alfresco. Among many luxury items shown in the Cosgrove display are the bi-fold doors to the extended alfresco area which open up to seamlessly blend the outside with the inside of the home.

Other eye-catching upgrades in the Cosgrove include the luxurious master bedroom and ensuite which has the feel of a hotel suite, along with the addition of a raised platform floor in the home theatre for enhanced viewing.
