New designs give more choice to home buyers

10 March 2015

Dennis Family Homes has launched a major expansion of its Aspirations Series range for 2015.

“We added thirteen new floor plans in January and have a further seven new designs to follow in March,” says Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Mike Butler.

The 13 new designs vary in size from 16 squares to 29 squares. They include three and four bedroom homes, single and double storey designs and ranch style homes.

The new additions to the Aspirations Series have been specifically designed to fit on a range of lot sizes, from larger traditional blocks to more affordable compact lots.

“We recognise that the market is constantly evolving and while lot sizes have reduced, the expectations of home buyers in terms of the amount of accommodation and living space requirements have stayed the same,” Mr Butler explains.

“We believe our new Aspirations Series homes respond to this challenge. We have designed our homes to provide all the floor plan features customers desire in the most efficient way possible, at a very affordable price,” he adds.

The design team at Dennis Family Homes has managed to accommodate an alfresco into each of the newly released products, ensuring the indoor/outdoor entertaining capability usually only associated with larger homes is now available to everyone.

Aspirations Series homes are popular with all customers, but their affordable pricing make them particularly suited to first home buyers.

Dennis Family Homes also offers its customers the option of selecting from a wide range of house and land packages available through its Aspirations Quick Start initiative, which provides an all-inclusive fixed price and just 10 business days to receive a contract.
