Manor Lakes Townhomes Built For Living

Following a successful pilot last year, the collaboration between Dennis Family Corporation’s Developments team and Housing business Dennis Family Homes on the Townhome Living project at Manor Lakes is being expanded in 2020.

It is currently planned for DFH to progressively construct another phase of townhomes in the Lollipop Hill precinct at Manor Lakes over the course of this year. Each will be 3-bedroom single storey properties built as fixed price turnkey products, ready for immediate occupation with completed landscaping. The townhomes will be located in different sections of the Lollipop Hill precinct and constructed as adjoining pairs on corner lots.

The first two of the new properties in Amaretto Circuit were released in early February and both quickly sold within two weeks. The next townhomes are scheduled for imminent release.

The original townhomes constructed by DFH for last year’s pilot project on the corner of Honeyblossom Street and Elderflower Street were completed in November and are now occupied by their happy owners.
