Family members Bert Dennis and Grant Dennis reflect on the history and vision of Manor Lakes.

“It’s been a fantastic first 20 years for Manor Lakes, but we couldn’t have done it without the local community.

Easter Events Choc-Full of Fun
It was another successful year for Easter Egg Hunt events across every Dennis Family estate with all welcoming an increase in attendance numbers from 2023.
Cafés now serving at Manor Lakes and Peppercorn Hill
Good Manors in Manor Lakes and Peppercino in Peppercorn Hill are open for business. Both add a new dimension to the local culinary scene with exciting menus for breakfast and lunch.
Community Fund Keeps Giving
It was another successful year for Dennis Family Corporation’s Community Fund initiative with a total of $169,500 distributed to 115 not-for-profit groups across our six Victorian estates.
