Dennis Family Homes displays making a splash at Evergreen Waters

The sheer style and functionality of the Elmhurst and Waterford designs has ensured strong interest in the new Dennis Family Homes display centre at the Evergreen Waters estate in Jackass Flat.

Visitors are able to inspect the 26 square version of the Elmhurst and the 23 square version of the Waterford design. Both are four bedroom homes with ample living and entertainment space to suit any family.

The Elmhurst is suitable for construction on blocks from 14 metres in width, whilst the Waterford can be accommodated on allotments from just 12.5 metres wide.

Dennis Family Homes Bendigo Area Manager, Ron Winzar says the new displays were an instant hit and have attracted a constant stream of visitors to Evergreen Waters.

“They have been extremely popular from day one. Feedback we are receiving from visitors has been extremely favourable. People have commented on the lightness of the homes and how much they like their design and layout, with the integration of indoor and outdoor areas,” he notes.

“Whilst the Elmhurst and the Waterford suit smaller allotments, they have been cleverly designed with sufficient size to offer good family living and represent outstanding value for money.”

The Elmhurst is also available in a larger version of 28 squares and a smaller three bedroom variation of 23 squares. The Waterford design is also available in a three bedroom version of 21 squares. Customers are also able to select from a range of six contemporary facades available with the Elmhurst and Waterford designs.

Both displays showcase a variety of the many luxurious optional features offered by Dennis Family Homes which buyers can select from to personalise their home.

Optional extras showcased in the Elmhurst include external pergolas at the side and rear of the home, Caesarstone kitchen benchtops, bi-folding doors to the meals and family rooms and timber-look laminate flooring. Amongst the optional features in the Waterford display are the addition of an alfresco area at the side of the side of the home and a Colorbond roof.
