Award-winning home designs on display in Wodonga
2 May 2013
Dennis Family Homes has selected two of its premier home designs for its new Display Centre at the Riverside estate in Wodonga.
Available for viewing now are the award-winning Hartley 342 and Brookdale 272 designs, which form part of the Dennis Family Homes Inspirations Series.
“Both are spacious, high quality four-bedroom homes which consistently rate amongst our best selling designs. Our new displays are just part of the wide choice we provide, with 35 different home designs and as many as 70 floorplan size variations to select from,” Dennis Family Homes Albury/Wodonga Area Manager, Justin Worthington explained.
Mr Worthington said the opening of the new displays had generated a huge response.
“Both homes are leaving a favourable impression on everyone who sees them,” he commented.
“The Brookdale and Hartley designs are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate the needs of the majority of families. We are displaying the 27 square version of the Brookdale, which is the largest of four size options for the design that begin with a three bedroom version measuring 20 squares. The Hartley has five size options ranging from 27 squares to 36 squares, with our display being the design’s second largest version at 34 squares.”
Suitable for construction on blocks from 14 metres in width, the Brookdale features a front living room and separate family room, games room and study/play area in its standard floorplan.
Optional extras showcased in the display version in Wodonga include the addition of an alfresco at the rear of the home, whilst the meals area has been outwardly extended with a raised roof, cedar boards and timber sliding stacker door.
“The extension of the meals area facing the adjacent side street highlights the Brookdale design’s suitability for corner blocks,” Mr Worthington noted.
Other optional extras featured in the Brookdale display include timber windows to the entire home, feature render to the front facade and meals extension, Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen and vanity tops in the bathroom and ensuite, timber French doors from the master bedroom to alfresco and timber stacker sliding door from the games room to alfresco.
The Brookdale display has been constructed with the Savannah facade, one of six facade options available with the design.
Alongside the Brookdale is the luxurious Hartley, equipped with the extra touch of extravagance to promise the good life for any family.
“The Hartley floorplan suits blocks from a minimum of 16 metres wide and has many desirable features included as standard,” Mr Worthington stated.
“In addition to four bedrooms, the home has multiple living spaces and separate study, games room and alfresco. There are dual walk-in robes in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms has direct access to a two-way bathroom and powder room, making it ideal for teenagers or guests.”
Mr Worthington said that the new Hartley display also highlights a wide range of optional extras available to customers.
“The addition of aluminium corner stacker doors from the meals area and family room to the alfresco accentuates the natural flow between the outside and inside living areas. Adjoining the alfresco is a pergola with extended Merbau decking.
“Special fit-outs have been made to the walk-in butler’s pantry in the kitchen and walk-in robes in the master bedroom. Caesarstone benchtops have been included in the kitchen and pantry and for the vanities in the bathroom, powder room and ensuite. The wall hung ensuite vanity has a mirrored shaving cabinet positioned above.”
Amongst many other optional extras in the Hartley display are timber flooring, full render to the front facade with a tiled feature wall. The home has also been constructed with a Colorbond roof.
The display highlights the Tempo facade, one of five facade options available with the Hartley design.
Open for viewing daily from 1pm to 5pm on weekdays and 12pm to 5pm on weekends, the Dennis Family Homes Display Centre is located at 20-22 Riverside Boulevard at the Riverside estate in Wodonga.
The displays can be contacted directly by phone on (02) 6055 9303 or (02) 6055 9304 during opening hours. Further information is also available from the Wodonga Office of Dennis Family Homes at 15 High Street, Wodonga, phone (02) 6055 9300 or online at www.dennisfamily.com.au.
Mr Worthington said there was no better time to contact Dennis Family Homes than now.
“Coinciding with our new Display Centre, our exciting current promotion is offering the first 100 customers throughout Victoria and southern New South Wales the opportunity to select up to $25,000 worth of luxury items at no extra cost.”
The offer is applicable exclusively to purchasers of any Inspiration Series home design. A huge variety of available luxuries include spa baths, Caesarstone benchtops, stylish floor coverings, designer doors, home theatres, fireplaces and garage extensions.
“Customers can choose their own personal wish-list of upgrade items and the additional spending power allows them to include many features which otherwise may not have been within reach of their budget,” Mr Worthington said.
The total value available to utilise on upgrades varies according to the individual design and size of the home, reaching a maximum of $25,000.
