Dennis Family Homes was amongst the winners at the HIA Western Region Housing Awards presentation on 4th September.
In the display home awards section, both displays showcased by DFH’s Ballarat team at the Lucas estate in Alfredton were recognised with notable accolades. The Alexandra 242 display was judged the winner in the $250,001 to $300,000 price category, whilst the Charlton 332 was named runner-up in the $400,001 to $450,000 range.
“We opened these two new displays in March and are very proud that both have been recognised at the HIA Awards for their outstanding quality,” said Dennis Family Homes Ballarat Area Manager, Peter Martin.
“It has always been our view that these are the finest display homes we have ever presented in this region and it is extremely satisfying to receive these prestigious honours from within our industry,” he added.
DFH also received runner-up awards for the Macedon 322 ($350,001 – $400,000) and Cosgrove 312 ($450,001 – $500,000) at Strathfieldsaye in Bendigo, along with the Mortlake 292 ($300,001 – $350,000) at Mount Duneed in Geelong.
