The total value of the discount available with the 2014 New Year Sale varies according to the individual design and size of each home up to a maximum of $25,000.

A feature of the microsite is the inclusion of an online calculator which enables customers to gain a clear understanding of the total cost of after adding their desired optional extras and allowing the calculator to automatically subtract the eligible discount.

The calculator uses as an example four of Dennis Family Homes’ popular designs – the Cambridge 151, Casterton 212, Hartley 322 and double storey Marsden 352.

“These selected homes represent a wide range of the market, from entry level through to larger family living,” Mr Uden comments.
