Dennis Family Corporation’s newest development on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast promises to be a slice of serenity.
Located in the Caloundra suburb of Little Mountain, Serenity Residences covers a 1.2-hectare parcel of land that will accommodate 40 double storey, three-bedroom townhouses.
Plans are underway for the project to go to market late October, with Colliers acting as sales agents. Properties are expected to be priced from the mid $500,000 range and construction is scheduled to commence in 2022.
Little Mountain is just a few kilometres to the west of Caloundra town centre. Serenity Residences will be located opposite Meridan State College, which is a highly regarded local P-12 school. Two neighbourhood shopping centres are located nearby, as is bus transport, and it’s only a few minutes’ drive to reach the fabulous beaches at Caloundra.

Easter Events Choc-Full of Fun

Community Fund Keeps Giving
It was another successful year for Dennis Family Corporation’s Community Fund initiative with a total of $169,500 distributed to 115 not-for-profit groups across our six Victorian estates.
