A grant for all home buyers

For a limited time, Dennis Family Homes is offering an exclusive Home Buyers Grant of up to $15,000 to all its new customers.

“Everyone is familiar with the concept of grants for first home buyers, but we’ve taken a step further with our latest initiative,” says Dennis Family Homes General Manager, Darren Mehl.

“Recognising that buying a new home is a major undertaking for anyone, we have decided to make the grant available to all our customers during the qualifying period. Therefore, they don’t have to be purchasing their first home to capitalise on the savings we are offering through our grant,” he explains.

Valid until 30 September, the Home Buyer Grant from Dennis Family Homes provides a welcome bonus of up to $15,000 towards each customer’s build cost and a further 5% off the upgrades of their choice.

The grant is applicable to every home design in both the Inspirations Series and Aspirations Series product ranges and the amount of the grant varies according to the cost of the home selected by the customer, up to a maximum of $15,000. The full overall saving equates to a reduction of 5% off the contract value of the home. To qualify, customers must pay the deposit on their new home prior to the deadline of 30 September 2014.

Dennis Family Homes has a wide range of optional luxury upgrade items available at additional cost, all of which are eligible for a price reduction of 5% under the current offer.
