$20,000 awarded by Manor Lakes Community Fund

13 October 2016

Twenty-three not-for-profit groups operating in the Wyndham area have shared in $20,000 of financial grants provided through the 2016 Manor Lakes Community Fund.

The Community Fund was set up in 2004 to provide financial assistance to local community groups. Since its establishment, the fund has distributed approximately $250,000 to a range of organisations to help make possible a wide variety of special programs and activities.

The annual grants are distributed by Manor Lakes estate project manager the Dennis Family Corporation. This year’s successful applicants each received grants of $500 or $1000 at the presentation function held at the Manor Lakes Land Sales Office on 12 October.

“We are extremely proud that our Community Fund at Manor Lakes continues to provide much needed assistance to local groups each year,” Dennis Family Corporation Chief Executive, Peter Levinge stated.

“Each of these community organisations has a valuable role within the Manor Lakes community and the broader Wyndham area,” he said.
