Sales Associate – Metro South

About the role

This role is based in one of our stylish display homes in the Metro South area. Your key responsibilities will be to provide assistance and support to both customers and Sales Consultants.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will be to:

• Relate to and build rapport with potential and existing customers – both on the phone and in person
• Understand and contribute to the management of the display homes
• Assist Sales Consultants in the preparation of customer information

The position is casual. Applicants will need to be available weekdays and weekends, and be able to work with a flexible roster. The role reports to the Sales Manager.

 

About you

We are looking for motivated sales people who have a passion for new homes and the customer journey of building a home.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attitudes:

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in sales and selling
• Ambition to excel in a sales role
• A genuine interest and/or experience in housing
