About the role
We have a full-time opportunity for a motivated Colour Consultant to join our new Geelong showroom.
Reporting to the Area Manager- Geelong, you will join our local team to drive and support our customers’ exciting colour selection journey, in addition to assisting at the pre-deposit stage from time-to-time. You will be based in our Showroom with access to vibrant product displays, innovative technology and a dynamic team of colleagues. This position is full-time, with late shifts and weekend work required as part of the role.
You will be responsible day-to-day for the following:
- Hosting showroom tours
- Conducting colour appointments
- Completing documents for choices and variations
- Maintaining the showroom presentation and tools
- Colours administration.
About You
Having worked in a similar position previously, your demonstrated experience in colour consulting, combined with your passion for delivering excellent customer service will see you excel in this role.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience as a Colour Consultant
- Interior Decorating or Colour Consulting qualification
- Volume housing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed time management skills
- Well-developed computer skills
- Availability to work late and weekend shifts
- Right to live and work in Australia without restrictions.
