The cool, clear conditions were the perfect backdrop for Westbrook families and friends to enjoy the Winter GLOW event on Saturday, 24 June from 6 pm – 8 pm. Over 2000 attendees made their way to Central Park on Latitude Promenade where they were sprinkled with snow and dazzled by glowing multi-coloured neon lights, which stood out against the dark winter night.

Throughout the event, talented entertainers and roving jugglers dazzled families while on-stage acts including a captivating Fire Show and a spirited Bollywood Dance Troupe delighted attendees. A large UV wall was a huge hit and allowed visitors to write their own glow-in-the-dark messages.

Glow sticks were available to purchase and allowed attendees to join in the fun of the theme. Additionally, attendees were kept warm through the night with a sausage sizzle run by the Rotary Club of Wyndham Vale. Overall, the event raised over $700 for the Rotary Club, with proceeds going towards future community projects.
