On the back of strong sales throughout 2018, Tide Residences Maroochydore has released its latest allotment of sophisticated town homes with an exciting new offering for customers.

Residences in the 8.6 ha development’s first two stages were popular with buyers ranging from young couples and downsizers through to families, however feedback from visitors to the sales suite on Broadwater Avenue West indicated strong interest in a wider offering of properties with extra parking.

To meet this demand, floorplans in Stage 3 have been fine-tuned to include more three and four bedroom town homes with double garages.

Stages 1 and 2 have sold out and construction is currently well underway with the practical completion of Stage 1 scheduled for September 2019 and Stage 2 expected just a few months later.
