Dennis Family Corporation’s (DFC) retail and commercial arm, Ranfurlie Asset Management has responded to the continued growth of Melbourne’s western corridor with a development application to Wyndham City Council approved on 12th September for a new 13,500 sqm Bunnings Warehouse along with ancillary uses, including large format retail and restaurants at DFC’s Manor Lakes estate. The proposed Bunnings Warehouse is to be located adjacent to the Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre, between Armstrong Road and Ballan Road, Manor Lakes.

Ranfurlie Asset Management has developed and manages the 21,000 sqm Coles and Kmart anchored Manor Lakes Central shopping centre, along with a further six retail precincts and large format centres within Victoria.
